The Comark Instruments HLA1 is a purpose-built cooking and cooling thermometer combined with an integrated timer, designed to deliver cost-effective HACCP compliance in professional kitchen environments. Covering a wide temperature range of 14 to 392°F (-10 to 200°C), it is equally suited for monitoring high-heat cooking and critical cool-down processes. The device features both temperature and time alarms and is switchable between °C and °F, offering flexibility for any kitchen protocol. A 91cm (36-inch) detachable, heat-resistant stainless steel probe can remain inside ovens or refrigerators for continuous monitoring.
