Built with Northern Hard Rock Maple in an edge-grain construction, the surface is naturally knife-friendly, exceptionally durable, and scientifically proven to inhibit bacterial growth more effectively than plastic. One side features deep, sloped juice grooves that capture runoff from cooked meats and juicy fruits, while the flat reverse side doubles usable life and serves perfectly for produce and bread prep. A corner finger-grip hole adds convenience for moving the board between stations, washing, and storage. Finished with beeswax at the factory and made in the USA, this board is ready to put to work straight from the box.
